Sang fires Valentine Chumo, as close allies ''resign''

Nandi county governor Stephen Sang has made drastic changes in his executive. In a statement, the governor has fired Education and Vocational Training CEC Ms. Valentine Chumo and accepted resignation from his trusted lieutenants Stanley Baliach and Eng. Hillary Koech.

Sang has said that he made the changes in line with his clarion call for accountability and effective service delivery. 

He has also forwarded the name of Dr. Francis Sang for consideration by the county assembly as the County secretary.
