Is William Ruto supporting BBI?

 

Deputy President Dr. William Ruto has hinted that the BBI has finally captured issues affecting the common man.

In a tweet on his official handles, the deputy president stated that the New Article 11A in the BBI CONSTITUTION will cater for the common man.

"New article 11A in the BBI constitution bill introduced after the Bomas will anchor the ordinary peoples' hustler economics of wheelbarrow, bodaboda, mamamboga, pastoralists/butchers and guaranteed minimum returns on coffee, tea, korosho, sukari, maize. Bottom up not trickle down economics." He posted

William Ruto has been at the forefront in calling for consensus building, urguing that a contested referendum would be divisive.
