Flamboyant city lawyer Donald Kipkorir has come out to reveal how businessman Chris Kirubi forced him to resign from his three jobs as director of his companies in 2017 for supporting ODM leader Raila Odinga.

"In 2017, I was a Director in three or four companies of Dr. Chris Kirubi ... He gave me a BINARY CHOICE: Stop supporting Baba or resign from his companies ... I chose to follow my conscience & resigned ...I will not abjure at any cost: my Roman Catholic Faith, my Conscience.", tweeted Donald Korir on his official Twitter account. 

It is said Mr. Kirubi had struck a deal with Jubilee to support the party financially in the presidential elections in return for favourable environment for doing business.

The businessman is associated with some of the biggest business brands in the region among them DHL Express Kenya Limited, HACO Industries Kenya Limited, Kiruma Internet Limited, International House Limited, Nairobi Bottlers Limited, Capital FM and many others.
