Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed had a bitter Twitter exchange for the better part of Monday after Murkomen called for Junet's arrest and resignation over his alleged involvement in the massive looting of Covid-19 billions in KEMSA.
"To start with, we are calling for Your resignation and immediate arrest as you await your fellow suppliers to meet you in court", tweeted Murkomen.
This is after the ODM legislator tweeted in reply to ODM leader Raila Odinga's statement on Twitter on the ODM party stand on alleged theft of Covid-19 funds
Junet Mohamed did not go down without a fight and fired back at Murkomen asking him to stop behaving like a cheap guy who had joined opposition the other day.
"Stop behaving like a cheap guy who joined opposition politics the other day. If you have any evidence about me table. I don’t want to loose my head and get rattled like you did when you were mentioned in the NYS scandal.
This however did not go down well with the Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen who replied back immediately causing an uproar on the social media site.
"Shida yako uliingia hii kitu na Mwili yote including your stomach. They were busy fattening you. They will fry you dry. You should have come for lessons I tell you how to behave in govt in such a way that when you are out you can speak your mind freely without watching your back", wrote the senator.
