The High Court has ordered the Nation Media Group to pull down the expose' on the alleged theft of COVID-19 funds from all its social media platform.
The court said the story dubbed COVID-19 millionaires should be expunged until a libel case by Mega Scope Limited is heard and determined.
The damning investigation by NTV's Dennis Okari exposed the rot in the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) which has led to the loss of millions of COVID-19 funds and mismanagement of medical supplies.
In the report, it emerged that over a dozen unscrupulous Tanzanian companies benefited from Jack Ma's donations, which included 100,000 masks and 20,000 testing kits.
KEMSA appointed and authorised Megascope Healthcare and Crown Healthcare Limited to clear the consignment from the airport who drove the shipment to a private warehouse.
It is after the story that Megascope sued the media house and the journalist for linking it with the mega scandal that attracted angry reactions from Kenyans.
