Poor state of health facilities
The Senator revealed that the health sector in the county is on its knees with hospitals lacking medicine and some of the facilities were even closed for lack of medicine.
He also raised an issue concerning the morgue at Kapsabet referral hospital which has been dysfunctional for over a year.
He asked governor Sang to resign from his post or else they would be seeking to impeach him from office.
"We already have signatures from 20 MCAs, and we will be seeking to have him removed from office." He said.
The Senator further stated that if the MCas failed to impeach Sang, he would be seeking signatures from residents to recall the governor.
He further asked that the MCAs resume their sittings to pass the ad-hoc committee report that was tabled but never discussed to its logical conclusion.
He insinuated that the county government could not account for more than Ksh. 10Billion that had been allocated for various activities in the county.
